Joining BAMAC Group

    As a graduate (w|m|d), you should already have gained further insights into the practice of management consulting before joining us. Ideally, you will have completed a successful apprenticeship before graduating.   • You have the desire to perform and the courage to make decisions. Professionals (w|m|d) starting their next career step at BAMAC Group have several years of industry-specific professional experience. You have proven your professional qualifications in one of the following industries (link to industry overview) or in consulting. You have sound project management know-how that you want to apply in a customer-centric and employee-oriented manner to constructive cooperation.   • You can complete an internship with us in various consulting areas to gain an insight into the work of a management consultancy. In addition, you have the opportunity to complete an internship in one of our internal departments (Research, Human Resources, Recruiting, Software Development). In your studies of economics, (business) informatics, (business) mathematics, physics or similar you should already be advanced, have good grades and have chosen relevant majors.   • As a student, take advantage of the opportunity to take a look behind the scenes of the consulting industry by working for BAMAC Group as a student employee for a longer period of time. We employ student employees (f/m) in the areas of research, back office, secretariat, IT administration and development. We expect good user knowledge of Microsoft Office products, an independent way of working as well as commitment and a high level of interest.
