Jürgen W. Bach laid the foundations for the company in his studies of mathematics, computer science and psychology at the universities of Marburg and Stuttgart. Early on, he became interested in the methodical use of mathematical procedures in various disciplines, which eventually led him to software engineering in his diploma thesis. After completing his mathematics studies with a diploma in 1995, he started his own business.
As a pioneer for a sustainable, function-based approach to software system evaluation in Germany, he and his team offered effective IT controlling solutions for IT companies. After successful years, he transformed his partnership into a corporation in 2004, which today offers solutions for IT Value Management. He and his team are sparring partners for demand management, IT controlling, finance and project management.

Bach started his business as a freelancer in 1995, which he transferred to a limited liability company in 2004 after the first successful years.
