IT Project Controlling deals with the planning, controlling and targeting of IT projects in companies. IT delivers solutions for the increasing use- and cost pressure which the IT constantly faces. Herefore the IT project controlling offers adequate tools and results.

    Here the production process of IT products, usually organised by a reference model (e.g. ITIL, CMMI), is recreated from a business management perspective in order to plot a commercial product costing.  

Abstract

bc Project Scope is our solution if you are looking for an instrument that derives one or more projects from an IT measure and cuts their scope. It includes detailing and implementation based on the life cycle (traceability). We track the scope of functions and quantify the change requests and scope creep. Therefore no customer requirements are lost and the costs for strategic and operative planning can be calculated in regard to the effort estimations.
