Module 2: IT Projects

The unit IT Projects is concerned with the providing of metrics which are needed for strategy and controlling in your projects, to achieve the target value proposition. This is for controlling in projects, in preparation for project groups (i.a. status meeting, steering committee), year planning and individual interim reports. The aim of both seminars is to deliver you tools to expose weak points and to show ways to eliminate these weaknesses. The seminars are based on the pricipals of PMI and Prince2.

IT projects are of particular importance in our today’s world of business.

A slew of requirements can be arising from it – whether you are planning or you have to valuate a project. In both cases the requirements will rise to the management.
